Emmanuel DAVID joins the Construction and Civil Works Survey Unit

Emmanuel DAVID, 46, has an engineering degree from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP-Paris) and an MBA from IAE Paris (1991). He joined our team in October 2012.
Emmanuel DAVID spent seven years, first as Quality Control and Construction Engineer and then as New Works Group Leader, at two building technical control offices (APAVE and SOCOTEC).
In 2000, M. DAVID joined CSTB’s – Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment – Department of Safety, Structures and Fire. There, he was in charge of the innovative processes evaluation Department.
In 2008, he joined Allianz Group’s Construction Office as Manager of the Construction Subscription Department. He acts as key resource and technical adivsor, and manages subscription and business development teams.
Furthermore, Emmanuel DAVID earned a C and D Fire safety license delivered by the Ministry of Interior. Around ten afternoons a year, as Assistant Professor, he teaches reinforced concrete classes and provides Eurocode 2 training at l’Ecole des Travaux Public.
We are glad to have Emmanuel DAVID bring his expertise and strengths to our Construction and Civil Works SU.
